Shipping
We ship all our products through the United States Post Office because packages are easily tracked through their Web site with a tracking number. Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours. Orders received Monday through Friday before 2PM Mountain Time will be shipped that same day, otherwise they will be shipped the following day. For book orders of less then three books, we recommend you select Priority flat rate envelope to ship your books. The price is very reasonable and you will receive your order, on average, in about three days.
Returns
We believe you will love each and every book you purchase from FunTreks. If you are not completely happy, you can return your book(s) to us for a full refund, no questions asked. Please contact us and provide the following information:
- Title of the book you would like to return
- Place of original purchase
- Date of original purchase (estimate if you do not know the specific date)
- Reason for return
We will give you an RMA number that you can attach to your return package and provide a mailing address where you can send your package. With an RMA number, your replacement book will arrive promptly.
If you wish to return a book that is no longer in stock, we will do our best to replace it with something similar.
